En la imagen vemos justo la línea de llegada, la meta. Allí es donde también estaba el dispositivo de photo-finish. El edificio que se ve en construcción es de 1976, por lo tanto nos situamos en aquel año. Se destaca la mentalidad anglosajona en las apuestas, racional y ponderada y no la latina, basada en la suerte y en el azar.

In this picture we can see the finish line, the goal. That’s where the photo-finish device was as well. The building you see under construction is from 1976, so we are in that year. The Anglo-saxon mentality stands out in the bets, rational and pondered, and not the latin one, based on luck and chance.
