Digital macho violence is an emerging and still relatively unknown phenomenon, posing a significant obstacle to freely navigating the internet and digital spaces. Additionally, the Fembloc hotline for sexist violence has identified that the majority of digital sexist violence occurs within the context of separations in sexual-affective relationships.

For this reason, Fembloc presents the Guide: 'Disconnect from Your Ex,' a resource offering tools and methodologies to prevent or mitigate potential instances of digital macho violence commonly encountered in partner and ex-partner relationships.
