The OSAS Foundation works to promote an inclusive society through an ethical commitment based on a humanistic approach for people with different intellectual abilities, mental illness, and behavioral disorders. This foundation has been serving people in the neighborhood since the 1970s during their school years and also after they finish, offering an occupational alternative through the Cordada Occupational Center.

As part of the comprehensive care training, OSAS members took a photography course, the challenge of which was to take pictures that reflected some aspect of the neighborhood that was of interest to the community. The selected theme was the birth of ducklings in the little pond at Congress Square, which became a significant event within the neighborhood.

On May 3, members of the OSAS Foundation group visited the Canòdrom to share their photographs and analyze them with members of the Fem Memòries group. Attendees of the activity highlighted the gathering of people who come to see the ducklings and how they are protected by fences. They also noted the presence of the mother duck and the absence of the father. It seems that although the father duck is no longer present, the mother already has "two new suitors".
